Our PREMIUM RVM RANCH CLUB BOXES, full of assorted Ruby Valley Meats cuts - including steaks and premium cuts, as well as ground beef, roasts, short ribs. This box is customized each month based on what we have inventory and if you have any special requests.

Boxes are billed on the first of each month and ship the first Monday & Tuesday of each month, unless that week has a mid-week holiday (ie 4th of July) or the billing day (the 1st) is ON a Monday - in which case boxes will ship the following week. You can always pause, skip or cancel by logging into your account and changing your preferences, box size, requests - or to put a hold or cancellation on your membership. You can also update payment settings at any time. NEW ORDERS : Please note RVM Ranch Club Boxes do not ship until the first week of the month.

A monthly, or every other month delivery of our premium quality, dry-aged steaks all cut at approximately 1" thick.

-No Obligations, you can pause, skip, or cancel at anytime before your next delivery, however, as a courtesy we ask that you stay into the club for 4 boxes.
