Shipping or pickup?
Shipping is separate from the meat price. Review shipping and pickup options at checkout before paying.
We ship Monday and Tuesday. Orders placed after 8 a.m. Tuesday (Mountain time) ship the following week. This applies to shipped orders, not local pickup.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Shop individual cuts and boxes anytime. Ranch Club is a separate option for recurring orders.
What’s in the samplers?
Our pork and lamb samplers are packed from what we have on hand. Cuts vary with availability, so specific cuts aren’t guaranteed.
