A half beef gives you a freezer full of steaks, roasts, ground beef and specialty cuts from our Montana ranch. It’s a good way to have different dinners ready to choose from.
Your $200 payment is a deposit, not the full price. At $10.85 per lb, expect approximately 240–260 lb and an estimated total of $2,604–$2,821.
The final price is based on actual weight. After weighing, we’ll charge the balance less your deposit and send a receipt.
Pickup only. We have bulk beef available throughout the year. Allow 1–2 weeks for pickup after ordering. We’ll contact you to arrange your pickup date.
Our pasture-raised, grain-finished beef is dry-aged for 14–21 days. We feed grain during the last 100–110 days before processing.
