A quarter beef brings a mix of our ranch-raised steaks, roasts, ground beef and specialty cuts into your freezer. You’ll have a little variety waiting when it’s time to make dinner.
Your $200 payment is a deposit, not the full price. At $11 per lb, expect approximately 110–130 lb and an estimated total of $1,210–$1,430.
The final price is based on actual weight. After weighing, we’ll charge the balance less your deposit and send a receipt.
Pickup only. We have bulk beef available throughout the year. Allow 1–2 weeks for pickup after ordering. We’ll contact you to arrange your pickup date.
Our pasture-raised, grain-finished beef is dry-aged for 14–21 days. We feed grain during the last 100–110 days before processing.
