This is a big steak with big ribeye flavor. Our tomahawk is dry-aged for 14–21 days, with a long, trimmed bone that makes it stand out on the table.
Each steak weighs 2.5–3.5 lb.
We ship Monday and Tuesday. Orders placed after 8 a.m. Tuesday (Mountain time) ship the following week. This applies to shipped orders, not local pickup.
