Our picanha has a cap of fat that adds flavor as it cooks. Try it on the grill or roast it in the oven for something a little different.
Grain finished. Choose from 1.5–2.7 lb or 2.8–4 lb.
We ship Monday and Tuesday. Orders placed after 8 a.m. Tuesday (Mountain time) ship the following week. This applies to shipped orders, not local pickup.
